She is a TEDx speaker, Business / Career & Purpose Coach, and the Founder of Women on a Mission, helping people to thrive in life and business in their unique way.
It's in her nature to support her clients to find clarity, activate their life’s purpose and mission, so they can live fully aligned with their dreams. She helps her clients to get clear on their vision, helping them to admit their biggest dreams, and finding the first steps of execution that takes them from point A to B.
Franziska works with entrepreneurs, CEO"s and executive teams, helping them to navigate successfully ahead from point B. She does this by getting them become clear on their vision, execution of next steps and strengthening their leadership so they can become more confident and successful.
She also works with "wanna-preneurs", helping them to leave their corporate 9-5 (more like 8- 9) careers. Her clients start the business they dream of and release any fears, doubts, and internal blocks. Her work focuses on her client's mindset by understanding the origin of their limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging patterns, fear of being seen and anything that holds them back from being successful and fulfilled.
